Use Nemaslug in your garden, allotment or any small to medium outdoor space. Slugs are a gardener’s worst nightmare. You can be in your garden admiring your hard work and fruits of your labour. You can go to sleep that night and see that your brassicas have been torn to shreds by hungry slugs who have been feasting all night.
You don’t have to worry about damage to your crops or the environment. Nemaslug contains millions of natural occurring microscopic nematodes. These nematodes go to work at killing slugs both above and below the ground. Importantly, its safe around children and other wildlife. Please note that the soil temperature in the garden for the most effective results should be 5ºC (40ºF) or higher and moist. Nematodes are capable of surviving the odd sporadic frost and will become more active again when the temperatures rise. To ensure proper storage please keep the nematodes refrigerated upon delivery and apply by the use by date shown on the pack. Depending on the time of year when you receive your nematodes will dictate the length of the ‘Use by Date’ upon arrival but in all instances we recommend applying to the soil as close to their arrival date as possible. If you apply your nematodes slightly after the use by date they will still be effective as long as you have kept them stored cold in the fridge
